This channel shares the teachings and daily life of a traditional classical yoga ashram located in Grass Valley, California (1 hour from Sacramento, 3 hours from San Francisco). We have been sharing the path of yoga for over 40 years, rooted in the classical tradition of Hatha Yoga, Vedanta philosophy, and a simple yogic lifestyle.
