A Meditation Masterclass At Tomorrowland! | Gurudev at Love Tomorrow Summit, Belgium

What if the "tomorrowland" we're all chasing is already available in our own breath? At the Love Tomorrow Summit in Belgium, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar takes the stage to explore why, in an age of artificial intelligence, what we need most is "absolute intelligence": the unchanging core of our consciousness that is both ancient and ever new. In this talk, Gurudev explains how we are constantly sending and receiving energy, why our minds get stuck in memory, and how meditation, a journey from sound to silence, helps us keep the mind clean like a mirror. He then leads the audience through a guided meditation of over 20 minutes, including a breath-hand-eye synchronization exercise, a full body scan, mindful breathing, and chanting of Om. The session closes with an open Q&A covering creativity in the age of AI, balancing future goals with present-day life, bridging gender and generational divides, dealing with injustice, finding silence in an overstimulated world, the meaning of life, a playful technique for overcoming worry, and astrology. Whether you're new to meditation or a longtime practitioner, this masterclass is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and rediscover the joy within. 🧘 Guided meditations: Sattva app & Gurudev app 📖 Book mentioned: "Journey Within" by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Chapters: 00:00 Highlights – Meditation at Tomorrowland 00:49 Gurudev's Grand Welcome 01:29 Life Is a Celebration – Beyond Artificial Intelligence 02:38 What Is Absolute Intelligence? 03:22 Understanding the Mind, Intellect and Memory 04:55 Why Our Attention Span Is Shrinking 06:34 The Heart, the Head and the Power of Music 08:04 Meditation – Becoming a Source of Positive Energy 09:17 How Our Energy Affects Others 11:10 Meditation: A Journey from Sound to Silence 12:23 Seeing Life from a Bigger Perspective 14:32 Can Breath Give You a Natural High? 15:33 Meditation Is Deep Relaxation, Not Concentration 17:26 The Four States of Consciousness 19:23 The Mind Is Like a Mirror 21:26 Preparing for the Meditation Masterclass 23:40 Breathing, Hand and Eye Coordination Exercise 26:53 Guided Meditation Begins – Relaxing the Body 29:00 Body Scan and Deep Relaxation 34:45 Awareness of the Breath 38:50 OM Chanting for Peace and Inner Energy 40:38 Letting Go of Thoughts and Effort 44:05 Returning from Meditation 45:47 Can Meditation Create a Kinder World? 46:51 Artificial Intelligence, Creativity and Inner Silence 49:32 How to Plan for Tomorrow While Living Today 52:18 How Can We Celebrate Diversity? 54:26 How to Introduce Others to Meditation 56:17 How to Deal with Injustice Without Anger 58:10 Finding Silence in an Overstimulated World 59:46 How to Find Your Life's Purpose 01:01:39 A Simple Technique to Stop Worrying 01:03:03 Astrology, Destiny and Free Will 01:04:40 Final Wisdom and Closing #Gurudev #Meditation #Tomorrowland #LoveTomorrow #ArtOfLiving #GuidedMeditation #Mindfulness #Consciousness #AbsoluteIntelligence About #Gurudev - World-renowned humanitarian, spiritual leader, and an ambassador of peace and human values.
