What Happens When Your Mind Becomes Completely Still?

What happens when the mind becomes so still that thoughts no longer seem to dominate? In this conversation, a simple question about random thoughts, mental silence and meditation leads to an unexpected answer: don't crave a completely thoughtless mind. Trying too hard to stop thinking can itself become another source of frustration. Instead of chasing a particular state, the deeper practice may be to simply continue the journey without becoming attached to the outcome. A light-hearted conversation about meditation, mental stillness, random thoughts, expectations and the search for inner silence — with a humorous twist at the end.
