Do your knees feel stiff, weak, or uncomfortable? If yes, then you are in the right place. Our knees do so much for us every day. We walk, sit, stand, climb stairs, bend, and move around without even thinking about it. But sometimes, with age, inactivity, or lack of strength, our knees can start feeling stiff, weak, or uncomfortable. Just like any other part of the body, our knees also need regular movement and care. 💛 Gentle yoga and strengthening exercises can help us build strength in the knees, improve their mobility, and bring more awareness to the way we move. 🌿 💫 In this special Knee Mobility Yoga flow, you’ll be guided through gentle knee movements, leg-strengthening exercises and stretches. The practice works on the muscles around the knees while also opening and mobilising the hips and legs. 🧘♀️ As you practice, notice how your knees and legs feel. Move slowly, breathe deeply, and never force yourself into a movement. You don't have to do everything perfectly. Just give your body a little care every day. 🌸 And remember, strong and healthy knees are built through small things done consistently. A few minutes of mindful movement every day can go a long way. 💛 Things to remember : 1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough. 2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practicing. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry-fit clothing while practicing yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas. 3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself. 4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct
