How do we really make decisions? The Guidance of our Subconscious Mind

How do we really make decisions? Our subconscious carries memories of everything we have experienced — the people who helped us, hurt us, betrayed us or supported us. Even when we consciously forgive or forget, those experiences remain stored within us and can influence how we make decisions today. But there is another level of guidance. Through meditation, we can experience what is described as the superconscious, where guidance can come through intuition — sometimes pointing us toward something completely new, with no obvious connection to our past experiences. The subconscious draws from what we have experienced. The superconscious can guide us toward what lies ahead. So, are all our decisions coming from our past — or can we learn to listen to something beyond it?
