**Jnana Yoga – Question the Self to Dissolve Anger and Ego** Jnana Yoga is the path of wisdom and Self-inquiry. Instead of reacting automatically to anger, hurt, or pride, it invites us to ask: **"Who is angry? Who is offended? Who am I?"** Anger and ego arise when we strongly identify with the body, mind, opinions, or personal identity. Through sincere inquiry, we begin to see that these thoughts and emotions are temporary experiences—not our true Self. The witness within remains peaceful, unchanged, and free. When anger arises, pause and investigate: * Who is experiencing this emotion? * Is my reaction coming from truth or from the ego? * Will this matter in the light of my higher Self? * What response would bring peace rather than more conflict? As this practice deepens, the grip of ego gradually weakens. Anger gives way to understanding, humility, and compassion. Jnana Yoga teaches that lasting peace is not found by changing others, but by realizing our true nature as pure awareness—beyond all likes, dislikes, and personal identities. * #JnanaYoga * #SelfInquiry * #EgoTranscendence * #InnerPeace * #SelfRealization
