Watch This to Deal With bad Memories Of Life | @GaurGopalDas
2 वर्ष पहले · विवरण
Brooding over negativity doesn’t resolve anything. It only intensifies those thoughts and feelings. Shifting our focus to the positive fills our minds with energy that not only makes us feel good, happy, and hopeful but also gives us the strength to deal with the negative. Let’s starve negative thoughts and memories by taking away the power we give them - our attention - and let’s feed the positive ones by bringing our attention to them. #gaurgopaldas #good #bad #memories #memory
