Not everyone will like us as we are, and we’re not here to seek everyone's approval. This mindset doesn’t give us a license to remain unchanged; we should work on our shortcomings and weaknesses. At the same time, we must free ourselves from the need for constant approval and validation. When others appreciate us, it can fuel our positive growth. However, dependence on such approval can lead to serious mental health issues when it’s lacking.
